My name is Duncan Bloom. I was born in 1986 and I live in Apeldoorn, together with my wife and 2 kids. I enjoy playing sports like Soccer, fitness, roller blading and obstacle runs, you name it I like doing it (mostly). However I’m not that competitive anymore. It just takes too much of my time. And I’d rather spend that with my family.
I love tinkering with my home assistant setup, and probably spend a few hours a day on it. Even though my wife doesn’t really see the benefit of it all, she seems to start to understand why I want to automate a lot of things.
